Where delivery reports are available, they reflect the information provided by the relevant integration and may be subject to limitations.
11. Intellectual Property
NKWAPI.COM and its licensors retain their respective rights in the website, software, branding, documentation, and proprietary materials.
Subject to these Terms and your payment obligations, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased services for their intended business purpose.

Subject to the preceding paragraph and applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from the relevant service will not exceed the fees you paid to NKWAPI.COM for that service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
