Vendors must not promise refunds or compensation beyond their authorization.
Customer complaints should be handled promptly and escalated to NKWAPI.COM where they concern platform functionality, billing disputes, messaging infrastructure, security incidents, or matters outside the vendor's authority.
Refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations may affect vendor commissions according to the applicable commercial agreement.

Termination does not remove payment obligations or other provisions that are intended to survive termination.
16. Liability and Indemnification
Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct and obligations under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NKWAPI.COM will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from a vendor's independent business activities.
